A 33 Year old female patient with a known case of Left carcinoma of breast . Her present hematological parameters are within normal limits .Now admitted for 6th chemotherapy cycle .
Examination Findings:
Temperature- Afebrile , BP- 120/83 mmHg, Pulse rate -86/min, SPO2- 97%, CVS - S1S2 Normal, CNS-Conscious, RS- Clear

Inj Graniset 3mg + Inj.Dexa 8mg in 100ml NS Cap.Aprecap 125mg PO –DAY1 Tab.Famotidine 20mg PO–DAY1 Inj.Trastuzumab 140mg in 500ml Ns over 1 hr on DAY1 Inj.Avil 2cc slow IV push –DAY1 Inj.Paclitaxel 140mg in 500ml NS over 1 hrs on– DAY1
Treatment Advised post discharge:
Cap.Aprecap 80mg — 1-0-0 x day2/day3 (empty stomach) Tab.Domstal 10mg — 1-1-1 x day2/day3/day4 Tab.Ultracet —-------- sos for pain Syp.Duphalac 20-30ml – sos for constipation
Followup Advice:
Follow up with Dr .Deep Vora on 27/12 /25 for next chemotherapy cycle with blood reports CBC,RFT, LFT
Preventive Aspects:
High Protein Diet No Sugar Diet. Avoid outside or junk food . Eat freshly prepared food . Avoid vising crowded places. General Hygiene. Wash hair aer 24 hours of using paxman machine without much pressure or rough handling
