A 38 Year old female patient with a known case of Left Breast carcinoma. Her present hematological parameters are within normal limits .Now admitted for 8th chemotherapy cycle
Examination Findings:
Height-161cm, Weight-56.6Kg, BSA-1.6, Temperature- Afebrile , BP- 105/71 mmHg, Pulse rate -85/min, SPO2- 99%, CVS - S1S2 Normal, CNS-Conscious, RS- Clear, PA - Soft Icterus - No, Oedema - No, Nail - Pallor+, Tongue - Clear

Haemoglobin-9.15, WBC-4290, Platelets-354000, Serum.Creanine-0.8, SGOT - 20.1, SGPT - 15.3, Alb - 3.5, MCV - 77.98, PCV - 34

Inj Palanosetron 0.25mg + Inj.Dexa 8mg in 100ml NS Cap.Aprecap 125mg PO –DAY1 Tab.Famotidine 20mg PO–DAY1 Inj.Avil 2cc slow IV push –DAY1 Inj.Paclitaxel 120 mg in 500ml NS over 1 hrs on– DAY1

Cap.Aprecap 80mg — 1-0-0 x day2/day3 (Empty stomach) Tab. Ondem 8mg 1-1-1 x 2days (Before meal) Tab.Ultracet —-------- sos for pain Syrup Duphalac 5-10ml at Bedtime --------- SOS for constipation Tab Stemetil MD 5mg ---------- SOS Tab Etilaam MD 0.25mg ----------- SOS Tab Nexita Plus 0---0---1 (8pm)
Followup Advice:
Follow up with Dr .Deep Vora on 25/04/26 for next chemotherapy cycle with blood reports CBC,LFT, RFT
Preventive Aspects:
High Protein Diet No Sugar Diet. Avoid outside or junk food . Eat freshly prepared food . Avoid vising crowded places. General Hygiene.
