Case History:
A 47 Years old female patient with a known case of Right Breast Carcinoma. Her present hematological parameters are within normal limits. Now admitted for 2nd chemotherapy cycle.
Examination Findings:
Height-160, Weight-75, BSA-1.82, Temperature- Afebrile , BP- 124/79 mmHg, Pulse rate -78/min, SPO2- 98%, CVS - S1S2 Normal, CNS-Conscious, RS- Clear, PA - Soft Oedema - Absent, Icterus - Absent, Nails - No Pallor, Tongue - Clean, No Pallor

Haemoglobin-10.4, WBC-10100, Platelets-314000 , SGOT-27.2, SGPT-30.21, Serum Creatinine-0.66, Albumin-4.0, MCV - 88.8, PCV - 32.5

Inj Palanosetron 0.25mg + Inj.Dexa 8mg in 100ml NS Cap.Aprecap 125mg/80/80 PO –DAY1/2/3 Tab Famotidine (20) PO - Day 1 Inj.Avil 2cc slow IV push –DAY1 Inj. Docetaxel 120 mg in 500ml NS over 1 hrs on– DAY1 Inj Cyclophosphamide 1000mg in 250ml NS over 30 mins on - Day1

Preventive Aspects:
High Protein Diet Low Sugar Diet. Avoid outside or junk food . Eat freshly prepared food Avoid vising crowded places. General Hygiene. Wash hair after 24 hours of using a paxman machine without much pressure or rough handling
